We provide premium painting and decorating services across Greater Manchester and the surrounding areas. This includes interior and exterior painting, wallpapering, plastering, woodwork painting and general surface preparation. 2. Do you offer free quotes?
Yes, we offer free, no-obligation quotes. We usually arrange a short visit to assess the work and give an accurate price based on your needs.
3. What areas do you cover?
We’re based in Greater Manchester and serve Manchester, Worsley, Bolton, Eccles, Stretford, Stockport, Cheadle, Cheadle Hulme, Sale, Wilmslow, Altrincham, Alderley Edge, Macclesfield, Knutsford, Lymm, Hyde and nearby areas.
4. Do your quotes include protecting flooring and furniture?
Yes of course. We always take great care to protect all flooring and furniture during our work. We use strong plastic sheets and tape to fully cover furniture and we place thick dust rubber backed sheets on floors to avoid any damage.
We also use dustless sanding tools which significantly reduce airborne dust during preparation work.
5. Do you work on one project at a time or juggle multiple jobs?
We always work on one project at a time to give each client our full attention. If your project is booked, you can expect us to stay on it from start to finish, without jumping between other sites. We believe this is the best way to keep everything running smoothly and to maintain the highest standards.
6. Can you help with calculating how much paint or wallpaper we’ll need?
Absolutely. After our first visit, we’ll assess the size and condition of the surfaces and let you know the right amount of paint or wallpaper needed. If you’re supplying the paint yourself, we’ll guide you through the quantities and recommend good quality options.
7. How long will the project take?
Each project is different, depending on the size and complexity. After our initial visit, we’ll give you an estimated time frame and keep you updated throughout.
8. What brands of paint do you use?
We use trusted professional trade brands like Dulux Trade, Johnstone’s Trade, Valspar Trade, Heritage and Farrow & Ball. We’re also happy to work with specific brands if you have a preference.
9. Do I need to clear the room before you start?
We appreciate it if you can move furniture and belongings before we arrive. However, we can help move larger items if needed and always cover and protect your space carefully.
10. Do you work weekends or evenings?
Yes, we can work around your schedule. Just let us know what works best for you and we’ll do our best to accommodate. A lot of our clients choose to have the work done while they’re away on holiday and come back to a freshly decorated space/home!
11. Do you offer any guarantees?
Yes, we stand by the quality of our workmanship. Our service is focused on long term results - especially when it comes to surface repairs. We don’t just cover up problems, we use the right materials and methods to eliminate issues properly, so they don’t return in a few years.

12. How do I book your services?
You can call, text, email or fill out the contact form on our website. We’ll get back to you within 24hrs to arrange a visit and quote.
13. Do you require a deposit?
We don’t usually take any payment upfront. Instead, we kindly ask for a deposit around halfway through the project and the remaining balance is paid once the project is complete.
14. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible. We often get booked up several weeks/months in advance, but we’ll always try to fit your project in where we can. Just get in touch and we’ll let you know the earliest availability.
